Five things I was doing 10 years ago:
1. Planning my wedding
2. Enjoying being skinny!
3. Teaching preschool
4. Driving 2 nice cars that weren't kid friendly (Firebird Formula and Grand Am GT). And they were immaculate inside. Missing that!
5. Smoking (YUCK!) So glad I gave that up before I had kids. :)
Five things on my "to do list" today:
1. Survive a house full of kids, it's a 1/2 day today at school.
2. Laundry, piles and piles of it.
3. Take Ds to football practice, in the rain.
4. Go to the grocery store, can't live much longer on what we've got.
5. Explain to Samsung how upset I am that our brand new side by side is not working! Oh and clean up the mush (I mean food) that is left in the freezer. ugh.. If we wanted something that was junk we would have spent a LOT less money on it.
Five things I would do if I were a millionaire:
1. Buy a house that is a tiny bit bigger than this one with a large yard for all of the children to enjoy! Not a mansion, just something a little bigger, with a basement!
2. Share with my family members and friends who I know need it more than we do.
3. Buy hubby a car since we can't afford to do that right now.
4. Set aside a large chunk so that my children can go to school as long as they wish and not have to worry about paying off loans for years and years to come. And a healthy chunk of it just to get them started.
5. Invest the rest and share some of the profits with a couple of our favorite causes/charities.
I'm adding a #6 because I would love to open my own Parents Day Out program here locally.
Five things I will never wear again:
1. My skinny jeans. WAH!!
2. My maternity clothes.
3. My tight rolled jeans from high school. ha.ha..
4. Hi-top sneakers.
5. Leg warmers.
5 favorite Toys:
1. Computer
2. Cell phone, got a new free one today for being a loyal customer!
3. CD players - gotta have that music!
4. Digital camera!
5. The treadmill that I don't have yet (I'm currently begging dh to get one).
Five people to tag:
1. Amanda
2. Michelle
3. Angel
4. Lesley
5. Heather
If you see your name on here (and even if you don't...if you want to play too, go ahead), repost it to your blog or myspace page and fill in the blanks. (I promise I won't be offended if you don't do it...)
